Located in the LEED Platinum TELUS Garden corporate headquarters on West Georgia Street in downtown Vancouver, our state-of-the-art studio’s 1,800+ square foot soundstage is available for your production.
The studio includes an 1,800+ square foot soundstage with a 24' ceiling (comes with a scissor lift) and a white cyclorama. Details on power and lighting in the specs below.
Our modern, well-equipped kitchen facilities provide your production team with everything you need. Onsite catering is available, and many food and shopping amenities are nearby.
With mirrors, wardrobe racks and seating, our vanity-lit green room is great for hair and make-up prep for your next production.
Straight from the loading bay to the service elevator to the soundstage, getting your people and equipment in place is quick and easy.

Rate: $2,000 per day
Shipping and receiving bay doors are open Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm. Access outside of that window will need to be confirmed in advance
Parking is not included. There are meters along Seymour and Richards for trucks and underground parking for cars for approx. $24 per day
Approximately half of the studio has a cyc and the other is wrapped in green screen curtains with a layer of blacks
Commercial General Liability Insurance, on an occurrence basis having a limit of not less than five million dollars ($5,000,000) inclusive per occurrence is required upon signing of an agreement
