If you have received a phishing email, text, phone call, spam, or believe you are a victim of fraud, please use the email addresses below to report the activity to us.

If you are in need of immediate assistance or have a general inquiry, please contact our Customer Support team at *611 on your TELUS mobile phone or call us at 1-866-558-2273.

  • Phishing email: Forward the email message to the Consumer Digital Protection team at CDP@telus.com

  • Phishing text: Forward the text message to 7726 with the word “SPAM” in the body of the message

  • Phishing phone call: Report the call to the TELUS Customer Care.  Dial  1-866-558-2273 or *611 from a TELUS handset

  • Spam: Forward the email to report_spam@telus.net

  • Fraud: If you believe you are a victim of fraud or worry that you may have been targeted, please report this activity to TELUS Customer Care.  Dial 1-866-558-2273 or *611 from a TELUS handset

  • Cyber Security: If you would like to report a cyber security related problem with a TELUS product or service, please email details of the issue to cybersecurity@telus.com
