
David Fuller
Executive Vice‑president and Group President, TELUS Communications
As Executive Vice‑president and Group President of TELUS Communications, David Fuller oversees the company’s core telecommunications business across Canada. He leads a passionate and talented team responsible for all customer segments of the mobile and fixed communications portfolio, including our consumer, small and medium business, enterprise, public sector and wholesale customers.
David was previously an executive at TELUS from 2004 through 2019. He commenced his career at TELUS as the Senior Vice‑president of Business Solutions Marketing, followed by a move to Chief Marketing Officer of TELUS Communications in 2009. In 2014, David was appointed to the Executive Leadership Team as EVP and President of TELUS Consumer and Small Business Solutions. Throughout this time, he delivered strong top- and bottom-line growth, while championing a customer‑first culture and driving measurable improvements in customer experience through simplifying and digitizing the business.
Following a successful 15-year tenure at TELUS, David moved on to serve in a number of global consulting and advisory roles in the technology and communications sectors, including Senior Advisor at Boston Consulting Group and Operating Partner at Searchlight Capital Partners. He rejoined the TELUS leadership team in 2026.
Prior to joining TELUS in 2004, David spent nearly 15 years in management consulting, including roles as the Country Managing Partner at KPMG Consulting and BearingPoint. He currently serves on the Board of Directors at Fidium Fiber, and has previously served as a Director on boards at Canada Life, Great‑West Lifeco, Kore Wireless, Ziply Fiber, MindBeacon Health, Enstream LP and NEXT Canada. As part of his dedication to giving where he lives, he currently sits on the board of Ronald McDonald House Canada, and has previously served on the boards of the Ontario Science Centre and the Royal Conservatory of Music.
David is a professional engineer and holds a Master’s in Business Administration from York University, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering from Queen’s University. He resides in Oakville, Ontario, with his family.
