Celebrating diversity and inclusion
At TELUS, we celebrate a culture of inclusion while recognizing every team member’s unique talents, voice and abilities. Team member resource groups
“Early on, I chose to work at TELUS in part because I knew it is a company that respects and supports the LGBTQ2+ community – from Spectrum, our resource group for LGBTQ2+ team members, and our ongoing support for Pride events across Canada and internationally to raising awareness of important issues and events such as Transgender Day of Visibility.”

Our 2023 charitable partner
Since 2015, TELUS, our team members and retirees have contributed over $85,000 to Rainbow Railroad. In March 2022, TELUS Friendly Future Foundation donated an additional $150,000 to the organization to support their efforts to help LGBTQ2+ individuals negatively impacted by the ongoing war in Ukraine — totaling over $235,000 in contributions. All donations raised during the 2023 Pride season will be donated to Rainbow Railroad’s Crisis Response Fund, providing refuge to LGBTQ2+ individuals living under the threat of violence.
