Order On Demand for Satellite TV

Note: Your PVR receiver must be connected to the internet or a phone line.

1. Go to Chann el 1000 (English) or Channel 1800 (French)
2. Select the movie you want to order
3. Select Yes to confirm you want to purchase

Note: On Demand movies will be available to watch again during the rental period. A rented sign displays beside the name of the rented movie.

Order by phone through an Automated Service Representative:

1. Highlight the movie you want to purchase
2. Press the Info button on your remote
3. Locate the Event ID at the end of the movie description
4. Call 1-866-686-7337 to order the event
5. Provide the Event ID and your purchase PIN

Note: Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) is the 4-digit number you chose when you activated your TV account. Call us at 310-6988 if you can’t remember your PIN.
