Renew a Mobility Business line
Need to order a new device and get a new term for your existing phone numbers? Skip the wait and follow these simple steps to renew.
Log In to your My TELUS profile
Select Plans & Devices from the banner
If you have many accounts with TELUS, ensure to select the one for which you will renew the line
Once you’ve chosen the correct account (if applicable), select Mobility from the main menu
Select the desired device type from the Products & Services drop-down menu
Select the desired model of smartphone, tablet or smartwatch
Once you select a device, you will be redirected to the device page. There you can select from available device options (if applicable) and review specifications. Make your selections, then select Buy now
Review your device selections, then proceed to the next step
You may need to select Proceed to next step to continue
Review Your information to ensure you are renewing a line for the desired account
Troubleshooting tip: If there is an error message, please review it and correct the error to proceed:
If the following error message appears, the account may not be eligible to renew a line via self-service:
Select your desired Financing term, Bring-It-Back™ option, and Upfront cost
If you selected to Apply Bring-It-Back™ pricing, check the box that appears to accept the agreement terms and proceed
Scroll down and select Continue to plans
Select your desired plan from the available options
Select Continue to warranty
Select your desired device protection, then select Continue to summary
Review your summary, then select Add to Cart
Note: For best results, add only one transaction at a time to your cart
Select Proceed to cart
Review your cart, then select Checkout
Fill out all the necessary Customer, Billing/Shipping, Service, and Payment information, then select Next
Troubleshooting tip: To avoid issues, please use the same address to ship as the billing address for the credit being used to pay
You will receive a follow-up email confirming the order and another with tracking details once the device is shipped
Note: Devices are shipped within Canada in 3-5 business days. You can also track the real time status of your order using the new Business Service Request form from your My TELUS profile
