Before you begin registration, you will first need:
A valid email address
Your account’s billing postal code
If creating a Manager profile:
If creating a mobility Member profile:
Note: As a mobility customer on My TELUS, you will either be assigned the role of account manager or become an account member. When first registering, managers must use their account number in order to create a profile. If you are a member trying to create a profile that is already associated with a registered email address, you will require the approval of the account manager. Learn more about Manager and Member profiles.
Simply follow these steps to register for My TELUS online or through the My TELUS app:
Visit www.telus.com/selfregistration
Provide:
Select Continue

You may be asked to validate via verification code. If not, skip to step 5
Select the email or phone number where you would like to receive the code
Choose whether your prefer to receive your verification code via text, email or automated phone call
Select Send code
You will soon receive a text, email or phone call with a 6-digit verification code
Enter your 6-digit verification code
Select Submit code

Tip: If you didn't receive a code, try resending it or selecting a different contact method.
Once your verification code has been entered and we’re confirmed your identity, you’ll be asked to finalize your profile
Enter your first and last name
Create your password
A strong password must be at least 8 characters long, including a mix of numbers, lowercase and uppercase letters. It also cannot contain spaces and should avoid using ampersands (“&”)
Select a security question and give your answer
Your security question will be used in case you forget your email or username. Make sure to select a question with an answer you’ll remember

Select Create account
Once complete, you will see a message confirming your profile has been created
If you do not yet have the app, you can follow these steps to download the My TELUS app.
Launch the app on your device
Select Join My TELUS

Follow the instructions to complete the self-serve registration process:
Select Continue
Enter the 6-digit verification code and select Submit code

Create your profile
Enter First and last name
Select a Password according to the shown criteria
Select a security question and answer
Select Create Profile
Tip: Keychain (iOS) and other similar password manager apps (Android) can be used to help you log in by saving usernames and passwords on your device. This is a function of the device and not a My TELUS feature.
