Manage your bill notifications
Choose whether you want to receive email or text message notifications when your bill is ready.
Login to your My TELUS profile
Select Billing from the overview
Select desired account, if applicable
Select Manage bill notifications
From the Manage bill notifications section, select one of the following:
Text message notification
Check the box next to the desired phone number (up to 3)
Check the box next to the desired email address (up to 3)
Notifications are now set up on your account.
