Changes effective June 1, 2022
Effective June 01, 2022, and subject to CRTC approval, TELUS is implementing a variety of rate changes for business services.
TELUS filed its submissions on April 29, 2022, in accordance with the CRTC's annual price cap compliance process. For information on this process, please visit the CRTC website.
Summary of changes that will take effect June 01, 2022:

When will the rates change ?
The proposed new rates will come into effect on June 1, 2021.
How will I know if my rates are changing ?
All impacted customers in Alberta and British Columbia will receive a message informing them of the pricing changes on their bill during the months of May and June 2021.
