Changing the amount of rings for inbound calls — For TELUS Business customers

Business Connect users and Admins can increase or decrease the amount of rings you and the caller will hear before calls are sent to voicemail

I am a Business Connect User

  1. Click
    Settings
    >
    Call Handling & Forwarding

  2. Under the call handling list, Change the
    Ring For
    time on the phones you wish to edit >
    Save
    .

I am a Business Connect Admin

  1. In the Voice Manager, click
    Users
    > Select the user  >
    Call Handling & Forwarding

  2. Under the call handling list, change the
    Ring For
    time on the phones you wish to edit >
    Save
    .

As admin, you can change the greeting that is heard when calling the main number. Learn how to
