Before you start
Ensure to set up your Office Phone voicemail through your phone and change your voicemail password. Visit How to set up your office phone voicemail for details.
You can listen to your voicemails online or save them to your computer to listen to them later.
Navigate to your web voicemail inbox
Enter your user ID, which is your 10-digit phone number
Enter the passcode you created for your inbox
Once logged in, you will immediately see your mailbox. Unread messages will be highlighted with bold text

Select the desired Voice message
Select Play or Download
You can also Forward or Reply to the message by selecting either option
You can add and customize email notifications for when a voice message has been received.
Select the My Notifications tab
Select + Add Notification
Under Notification Settings, enter the email address to send notifications to and add a Description (if desired)
Ensure the Enable checkbox is selected to enable notifications
In the By drop-down menu, you can select Email to simply receive message notifications or Email with Audio to attach voice messages to notifications

Note: You can also customize notification conditions under Notification Rules and specify notification times and dates under Notification Schedule.
You can manage your greetings under the My Greetings tab. If you have a microphone connected to your computer, you can record your greeting and save it as a .wav or .mp3 file.
Select the My Greetings tab
Select click here to add a greeting

Select Upload New Media in the Greeting drop-down menu

Enter a greeting Name, then select Attach a .wav or .mp3 file

Locate the audio file on your computer, then select Open
Select Save
