User Express Setup

Easily activate your extension using the express setup link provided via email. Please contact your administrator if you have not received this email.

Activating your Extension


  1. Create a
    Password, Pin
    and
    Security Question
    that meet the required criteria > select
    Continue

  2. Select
    My Info
    to edit your personal information > select
    Continue

  3. Edit your regional settings > select
    Continue

  4. If applicable, select the phones you wish to ring for incoming calls > select
    Continue

  5. Select
    Customize
    or
    Default
    Voicemail greeting based on your preference

    • Select
      Complete Setup

    • If applicable, download the required desktop or mobile application software

    • Select
      Finish

    Note
    : These settings can always be edited once the setup is completed.
