Subscribed channel view for Business Optik TV

How to customize your channel view using subscribed channels or live filters

You can customize your onscreen guide to display only the channels to which you're subscribed:

  1. Press
    Options
    on your Optik TV remote control

  2. Select
    Favourite lists

  3. Select
    Subscribed channels

  4. Select
    Ok

Your onscreen guide will now display only the channels to which you're subscribed.

If you are not able to see some of the channels you are subscribed to in the guide:

  1. Press
    Guide
    on your Optik TV remote control

  2. Press
    Options

  3. Scroll down to
    Guide settings
    and press
    OK

  4. Select
    Customize settings

  5. Scroll left to
    Check all

  6. Scroll up to
    Save

If you want to view all available channels, including ones you do not subscribe to:

  1. Select
    Options

  2. select
    All channels

  3. Select
    Ok

Your onscreen guide will now display all channels.

Live Filters
lets you temporarily filter your content by genre.

  1. Select
    Options

  2. Select
    Live Filters

  3. Select the program genre type filter (Educational, Kids, Movies, News, Sports...)

  4. Select
    OK

A list of filtered content options is displayed.
