Reset your Personal Identification Number (PIN) for TELUS Business customers

Forgot your account PIN? No worries! You can reset it on My TELUS anytime.

Personal Identification Numbers (PIN) were implemented as a security measure and provide an easy way to verify customer identity when calling the Contact Centre.

Important
: PIN can only be reset
ONLINE
by account administrators.

  1. Log in to
    My TELUS
    .

  2. Select the
    My Profile
    tab from the menu.

    • Select
      Forgot your PIN
      ?
      Reset your Personal Identification Number (PIN) / Forgot your PIN

    • From a list of emails and phone numbers tied to your account, select how you wish to receive a 6-digit verification code.

      • Enter the 6-digit verification code, then select
        Submit
        .
        Reset your Personal Identification Number (PIN) / Enter Code

      • Select a new PIN.

        • Enter the new PIN again to confirm.
          Reset your Personal Identification Number (PIN) / Confirm PIN

        • Select
          Reset PIN
          .

        • A confirmation page will display.
