Find out what Business Connect® customer account data gets stored on our servers and for how long

TELUS Business Connect® keeps customer account data on its servers for specific lengths of time and then deletes it for optimal performance and reliability. See below for the time periods by type of data.

If you want to download and/or back up general user and account data before it gets deleted from our servers, you have several options:

  • Use
    Business Connect Archiver

  • Download data directly from
    Voice Manager
    or the
    Business Connect
    app
