What devices can I watch Netflix, Disney+ and Prime Videos on?
Once you add Stream+ to a Mobility plan and activate your Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime accounts, you're all set to start watching on your TV, laptop, smartphone or tablet. For more information on device compatibility, refer to the following support pages:

Managing your service with Stream+
I've purchased Stream+. How can I start watching content?
To start watching your favourite movies and shows, you must first activate your Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime accounts in My TELUS. This can be done at time of purchase by completing the steps below:
On the
Order Confirmation
page, click on
Manage Subscriptions
to complete the last step of activating your subscriptions.
Locate the Stream+ tile under
Your Subscriptions
and click on the
Activate Subscriptions
button. You’ll be prompted to complete activation for each streaming service provider by either creating a new account or linking to your existing account.
How do I cancel Stream+?
You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop the auto-renewal at your next billing date. Once cancelled, you’ll continue to receive your subscription services until your next billing date.
If you change your mind, you can always renew your subscription. To cancel or renew, follow the steps below:
on each individual subscription you’re looking to change.
To cancel your subscription, review the
Are you sure you want to cancel your subscription?
confirmation message.
Select
Cancel
subscription near the bottom of the page.
Confirm by selecting
Cancel subscription

To renew your subscription, select
Renew my subscription
. This will turn the service back, allowing you to keep the service into the next billing cycle.
After canceling Stream+, you’ll receive an email confirming the details and end date of your subscription.

Services will be cancelled at the end of the billing cycle and will not resume.
For Quebec customers: Cancellation of your services takes effect immediately.
What will happen to my Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime accounts when I cancel Stream+?
If you cancel Stream+, you will no longer have access to your streaming accounts through TELUS. Your subscription may automatically renew with the streaming service provider if your previous method of payment is still on your account and up to date. Otherwise, you may have to update your payment information to resume service with the streaming service provider.

How will billing work if I already pay for Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime?
You’ll be charged for Stream+ starting on the day of your purchase. If you’re new to TELUS Business and are waiting for your device and/or SIM card to be shipped to you, you won't be charged for Stream+ until your order is shipped.

Your subscription starts as soon as you complete your order on telus.com. Once you see the

The next step is to activate your subscription from the activation email sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase.
Can anyone on my My TELUS account sign up for Stream+?
Only account managers on your account can subscribe for Stream+. Other account members trying to access Stream+ will see a message directing them to the account manager.
Can I add Stream+ to my regular monthly TELUS bill?
All products on our
Subscriptions
platform are billed directly to your credit card, Mastercard Debit card, or Visa Debit card. Subscriptions do not appear on your regular TELUS monthly bill.
Where can I download my Stream+ receipts for tax purposes?
. Here, you’ll be able to view a summary of all historical payments made.
For a more detailed summary, select

. This will bring up a pop-up displaying detailed information. Select

if you’d like a paper copy.
How frequently will I be billed for Stream+?
Subscription services will be billed on the same day of every month based on the day of the month that you ordered Stream+. For example: If you ordered Stream+ on the ninth day of the month, you’ll be charged on the ninth day of every month.

Why was my credit card payment declined?
We’re not able to look into why your payment was declined. To find out the reason, contact your financial institution.
What happens if I already have a subscription to the previous Stream+ bundle with Netflix, Apple TV+ and discovery+?
There are no changes to your existing Stream+ bundle (Netflix, Apple TV+ and discovery+). If you want to purchase the new Stream+ bundle, you’ll need to remove the original Stream+ add-on to avoid double billing.
How can I switch between Stream+ Basic and Stream+ Premium?
If you’re upgrading your service from Stream+ Basic to Stream+ Premium, you’ll see the change take effect immediately. You’ll also receive a prorated refund for Stream+ Basic and will start being charged for Stream+ Premium immediately.
If you’re downgrading your service from Stream+ Premium to Stream+ Basic, access to your current streaming services will remain unchanged until the end of your current billing cycle. After your billing cycle is complete, you’ll then be charged the price for Stream+ Basic.
Will Netflix allow me to add extra member slots for users outside of my household?
The option to add an extra member to your main Netflix account is not yet available to Stream+ customers. In order to continue having the convenience of paying for Netflix through TELUS, we recommend that the outside user set up their own account.
Does Prime Video (with Amazon Prime) include ads?
Yes, all Canadian Amazon Prime customers will start seeing ads while watching Prime Video effective February 5, 2024.
To remove the advertisements, you’ll need to upgrade your Prime account to the ad-free option for an additional $2.99 per month. Go to
After adding Stream+ to my account, how do I keep my watch history and purchase history from Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime?
You can simply link your existing accounts to Stream+ during activation, eliminating the need to recreate your profile. You won’t lose track of your favorite shows, purchases, downloaded content or watch history.

Will I receive a refund after canceling my Stream+ subscription?
Refunds are not provided for subscriptions unless you live in Quebec, where you’ll be provided a pro-rated refund upon cancellation. If you live outside of Quebec and choose to cancel a subscription, your service will continue until the end of your billing cycle.
At the end of your billing cycle, auto-renewal will be disabled and you’ll no longer be billed for Stream+.
