Access Office Phone voicemail messages by phone

How to access messages from your office phone or any other phone

You can access your messages from any phone.

From your own phone

  1. From your own phone, wait for a dial tone, then dial
    *98

  2. Enter your password

  3. From the main menu, select
    1
    to review messages

  4. To delete a message, select
    7

  5. To save a message, select
    9

  6. To skip to the next message and leave this message as
    New
    ,
    Unheard
    select
    #

  7. To exit, select
    *
    *
    until you hear the system say "Goodbye," or simply hang up

From another phone

To listen to your messages away from home:

  1. Call your office phone number and press
    *
    during your greeting

    • Listen to the voice instructions. Enter your
      10-digit mailbox number

    • During your greeting, press
      *

    • Enter your
      password

    • From the
      main menu
      , press
      1

    • To delete the message, press
      7

    • To save the message, press
      9

    • To skip to the next message and leave this message as
      New
      ,
      Unheard
      select

    • To exit, select
