TELUS is seeking an ambitious, professional individual to; support and teach customers how to use TELUS ERP. Interface with TELUS management and client users and management. Identify business processes in order to offer suggestions on the setup and use of the application.

    Here’s How

    • Support customers how to use software programs
    • Liaison between customers and technical team
    • Collect information from customers when they request change (e.g. report customizations) or report problems with an application
    • Provide timely updates to customers
    • Program testing and troubleshooting Special projects
    • Ensure all customer action requests are completed within schedule, and delivered satisfactorily to the client’s requirements
    • Promote professional services to add to revenue stream
    • Assist with Genform implementation and testing
    • Track customer support requests with resolution

    What you bring to this role

    Knowledge and Skills

    • Understanding of ERP systems
    • The ability to multi-task and maintain organization in a hectic environment
    • Team player, contributes to a positive work environment
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with customers
    • Knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, and other PC applications
    • Ability to read, analyze and interpret business requirements, system documentation, and technical procedures
    • Secures and identifies possible causes of problems
    • Develops alternative courses of action and makes decisions based on logical assumptions that reflect factual information
    • Recognizes creative solutions and innovations
    • Strong attributes with customer relations
    • Ability to work independently

    Degrees, Certificates and Experience

    • Sales Agency knowledge
    • Food industry knowledge
    • Windows, Word, Excel, and other PC applications
    • Customer relations
    • High School Graduate
