Why sign up for a Wellbeing Assessment?
There are many ways to improve your overall sense of wellbeing, energy, confidence and optimism, and taking care of your mental health is a great first step. With so much out there in the way of tools, books, science and experts in the area of wellbeing, you may be wondering what is the best approach for you.
A Wellbeing Assessment gives you the chance to chat one-on-one with a mental health professional, meeting you where you’re at with a personalized action plan designed specifically for you.

How it works

There are three parts to a Wellbeing Assessment. Once signed up, you will:

Step 1

Complete a short questionnaire online. This will help provide information to the mental health professional prior to the meeting, so that you can make the most out of your appointment with them.

Step 2

Meet with a member of our mental health team. This is an opportunity to discuss any goals and areas of opportunity. Appointments are virtual and take 30 minutes.

Step 3

Receive your confidential results and personalized action plan. This will include actionable next steps, resources and any recommendations for further consults, if needed.

After a Wellbeing Assessment

The results summary of your Wellbeing Assessment will contain personalized next steps you can take to help reduce stress and improve your overall mental health. These may include recommendations for wellness strategies, behavioural techniques and tools, literature, podcasts, and/or clinical services.

A Wellbeing Assessment can help you feel your best.
