The Preventive Health Assessment consists of an extensive panel of screenings and tests, physical assessments and detailed questionnaires to provide a full picture of your health - thoroughly evaluated by our dedicated team of healthcare professionals, ensuring expert insights and personalized recommendations.

Your annual assessment is just the start. You’ll receive a medical report that includes your personal health recommendations along with aggregated health data. The report features year-over-year trend analysis, enabling you to track your progress and make informed decisions about your health.

Our comprehensive assessment covers a full spectrum of health insights, from cardiovascular and pulmonary function tests to specialized sensory evaluations.
Sensory tests: Vision test (ortho-rater & Ishihara), eye pressure test (tonometry), and hearing test (audiometry)
Cardiovascular & pulmonary tests: ECG/stress test and spirometry (lung function test)
Dietitian consultation: Personalized nutrition recommendations tailored to health goals

Complete movement and body analysis

Based on your specific needs, you’ll have a 30 minute consultation with a kinesiologist that could include:
Muscular endurance screen
