Port forwarding allows remote computers on the Internet to connect to a specific computer or service within the private LAN.

Current Step: 1 - From the Web User Interface main screen, scroll to Advanced Settings.
  1. 1 - From the Web User Interface main screen, scroll to Advanced Settings.
  2. 2 - Click Advanced Settings.
  3. 3 - Click Firewall.
  4. 4 - Click Port forwarding.
    • Remarque : Port forwarding allows internet traffic to be routed directly to a device on your home network.
  5. 5 - Click Enable.
  6. 6 - Click Apply.
  7. 7 - Click on the IP Address field.
  8. 8 - Input the IP address of the device you want to allow traffic to.
  9. 9 - Click on the first Port range field.
  10. 10 - Enter the lowest value of the port range.
    • Remarque : Ports correspond to individual programs and services. For example, Port 80 is for web servers.
  11. 11 - Click on the second Port range field.
  12. 12 - Enter the highest value of the port range.
    • Remarque : It is okay to have a range of only 1 port.
  13. 13 - Scroll to Protocol.
  14. 14 - Click on the Protocol dropdown.
  15. 15 - Choose your desired protocol.
  16. 16 - Click on the Comment field.
  17. 17 - Enter a comment.
  18. 18 - Click Apply.
  19. 19 - You've completed the steps!
