If you're having device performance issues, resetting your settings may help.
  1. 1 - From the Home screen, tap Settings.
  2. 2 - Scroll to General.
  3. 3 - Tap General.
  4. 4 - Scroll to Reset.
  5. 5 - Tap Reset.
  6. 6 - Tap Reset All Settings.
    • Note: Resetting your settings will reset all customized settings on iPhone. Personal information will not be deleted..
  7. 7 - Tap Reset All Settings again.
  8. 8 - Tap Reset All Settings again.
  9. 9 - You've completed the steps!
