You can view how much cellular data each of your apps has used and temporarily prevent them from accessing cellular data.

Steps List - Interactive list of steps. Select a step to read its corresponding text, and to see its Product Image and the Indicators necessary to complete the step.

Current Step: 1 - From the Home screen, drag down the Notification panel.

  2. 2 - Tap the Settings icon.
  3. 3 - Tap Connections.
  4. 4 - Tap Data usage.
  5. 5 - Tap Billing cycle and data warning.
    • Note: From this screen, you can limit your data usage and set up alerts for when you're reaching your data usage limits for the current month.
  6. 6 - Tap or slide the Set data warning switch to ON.
    • Note: You can also turn off mobile data when you're in areas where you don't want to use any data.
  7. 7 - Tap Data warning.
  8. 8 - Enter your prefered data usage warning.
  9. 9 - Tap SET.
  10. 10 - Tap or slide the Set data limit switch to ON.
  11. 11 - Tap Data limit.
  12. 12 - Enter your preferred data usage limit.
  13. 13 - Tap SET.
  14. 14 - Tap Start billing cycle on.
  15. 15 - Select a new usage cycle reset date.
    • Note: We recommend you match this date to the date your carrier starts to more accurately manage your data.
  16. 16 - Tap SET.
  17. 17 - You've completed the steps!
