Current Step: 1 - From the Home screen, drag down the Notification Panel.

  5. 5 - Tap Application manager.
  6. 6 - Scroll to an app.
  7. 7 - Tap an app.
  8. 8 - Tap STORAGE.
  9. 9 - Tap CLEAR DATA.
  10. 10 - Tap DELETE.
  11. 11 - Tap BACK.
  12. 12 - To stop an app, tap FORCE STOP. Only use this if the app isn't properly working or you suspect it may be malicious.
  13. 13 - Tap FORCE STOP.
  14. 14 - You've completed the steps!
