In most jurisdictions, TELUS Health has overall responsibility for your personal information, and we are directly accountable to you. In certain jurisdictions, such as Alberta, Northwest Territories, and Yukon, your Healthcare Practitioners who are designated as ‘health information custodians’ or ‘custodians’ under applicable legislation have overall responsibility for the health information and TELUS Health assists them with that responsibility.

In Québec, the pharmacists practicing at Pharmacie Jérôme-Henri Lavoie (de Celles) Inc., affiliated with TELUS Health, are solely responsible for any pharmacy services you receive through the Services, including the handling of your personal information in connection with the delivery of such services. The Privacy Commitment available here applies to the processing of your personal information by Pharmacie Jérôme-Henri Lavoie (de Celles) Inc.
