Viewing your screen usage behavior

You can view the screen time usage, notifications, or number of times an app has been opened in a day.

  1. Note: Screen Time creates daily and weekly reports about your usage across your iOS devices sharing the same Apple ID.

    There are no indicators associated with this step.

    From the Home screen, tap Settings.

    The indicator is in the center.
  3. Step 2/8

    Scroll to Screen Time.

    The indicator is towards the bottom.
  4. Step 3/8

    Tap Screen Time.

    Note: You may need to turn on Screen Time. If necessary, tap Turn On Screen Time and select your preferences.

    The indicator is in the top left.

    Tap All Devices.

    The indicator is in the top right.

    Scroll to view more usage information.

    Note: From this screen, you can view your most used applications, device pickups, and notification count across all your iOS devices. You can also switch betweeen daily and weekly views.

    To view information for just your iPhone, tap Devices.

    The indicator is in the top right.

    Select your iPhone.
