Set up TELUS email on your computer using Windows 10 Email

Select another email client
  1. With Mail open, at the bottom of the left navigation pane choose

    • Selects

    • Select
      Manage Accounts

    • Select
      Add account

  2. Choose
    Other account

  3. Enter the following information:
    Email address
    : Your email address
    : Your password
    : If you’ve forgotten your email password, you can reset it by following the recovery steps. If you did not set up a recovery email, please contact us at 1-888-811-2323 and one of our agents will be happy to assist you

  4. Click
    Sign in

  5. If you try three times and it fails to add the account, select

  6. Fill out the following information:

    • Account name
      : TELUS

    • Your name
      : This is what others will see when you email them

    • Incoming mail server

    • Account type
      : IMAP

    • Port
      : 993

    • Email address
      : Your email address

    • User name
      : Your username, generally your email address will work

    • Password
      : Your password

    • Outgoing (SMTP) email server

    • Port
      : 465

    • Check "
      outgoing server requires authentication

    • Check "
      Use the same username and password for sending email

    • Uncheck
      SSL for incoming and outgoing email

  7. Click
    Sign In

  8. You should see an "
    All done!
    " message
