Transfer your Norton Security Online license
How to transfer your license from one device to another
These instructions will help you manage your Norton Security Online licenses. This is helpful when you have reached your license limit or when you’d like to transfer your online security protection to another device. It’s a simple 2-step process!

Transfer your license
- Navigate to the My Norton portal
- Sign in with your My Norton credentials or create a new account, if required
- Enter your Norton Security Online PIN
Note: You can find your Norton PIN by logging in with your My TELUS credentials or referencing your TELUS email.
- To find your current licenses, select My Subscriptions
- Select Manage License
- Select the device and remove its license by selecting the trash can icon
