Why is my monitoring and service rate increasing?
Answer: In order for us to continue bringing you the level of service you deserve, we have implemented an increase in our alarm monitoring and service rates.

How can I keep my existing lower rate?
Answer: If you wish to avoid an increase to your monthly security rates we'd like to offer you the ability to renew your contract online and keep your existing rate for another 3 years. Simply visit adt.ca/renew and use promo code SECURE to renew your contract.
Why is the increase shown on my invoice greater than the increase stated in the letter I received?
Answer: The total amount appearing on your statement or pre-authorized payment will vary depending on whether you have selected monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual billing. Also, your increase may be slightly more due to applicable taxes added by your local municipality.
How does my price compare to other security providers?
Answer: Our Customer Monitoring Centres use some of the most advanced technology available in the security industry, and that expertise is just one of the advantages of having your security system monitored by TELUS security family.
Our coast-to-coast integrated network of monitoring centres and technology resources offers real advantages over smaller, traditional, locally based fire and intruder service providers, who may charge less, but cannot match the level of service that we can provide.
How can I take advantage of the insurance discount?
Answer: Depending on your insurance carrier, you may be able to save on your basic homeowner's insurance premium with a monitored home security system. To take advantage of this discount, please call your insurance provider.
