The pre-authorized debit service means you no longer need to worry about your bill due dates, because your bank account is automatically debited each month. This way, your bill is always paid on time! It’s quick, practical and hassle-free.

How do I cancel a pre-authorized debit (PAD) agreement?


You can cancel your pre-authorized debit (PAD) agreement at any time, provided you give 30 days' notice. Just send us a notice of termination by email, fax or mail. You can also call us toll free at 310-1212.

I, (name of payer), hereby cancel my authorization to issue pre-authorized debits from my account. I understand that this cancellation does not terminate any other obligations I may have towards TELUS.

How do I sign up for pre-authorized debits?


Download and print the pre-authorized debit agreement form.

Send your completed form to TELUS along with a cheque marked “VOID.” We will also accept a copy of a cheque sent by email or fax.
