Change your Mobility billing address
Login to My TELUS
Select My Profile from the left hand sidebar
Go to your desired Mobility account #
Select Update address
Search or enter your new address information and select Save
Confirm your new address and select Confirm
Change your Home Services billing address
- Log in to My TELUS
- Select My Profile from the left hand sidebar
- Go to your desired Home Services account # , select Contact Us to unlink a service or change your PIN
- Under What can we help you with? select Home > Something else
