Current Step: 1 - From the Home screen, drag down the Notification panel.
Roaming allows you to continue your data connection outside of your main coverage area. You can set access to Data Roaming while you're on a trip. Data while you're in the US (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands) will be billed according to your data plan. However, higher charges will apply if you're traveling outside of those coverage areas.
  1. 1 - From the Home screen, drag down the Notification panel.
  2. 2 - Drag down the Quick settings panel.
  3. 3 - Tap the Settings icon.
  4. 4 - Tap Network and Internet.
  5. 5 - Tap Mobile network.
  6. 6 - Tap or slide the Roaming switch to ON.
  7. 7 - Tap OK.
    • Note: Turning Data roaming on allows you to connect to data services while roaming. Turn Data roaming off to keep from incurring significant charges.
  8. 8 - You've completed the steps!
