Tagging and exporting a business trip

Drive+ app on Android, Version 3.8.12

If you are driving for a business trip, you can mark the trip as business. This will help you file expense reports for the trips made for the business.

  1. Note: The Drive+ app makes it easy to tag business trips and sort them in your exported trip history.

    From the Drive+ app, tap Timeline.

    The indicator is towards the bottom.
  3. Step 2/17

    Tap the Briefcase icon for any trips you'd like to tag as a business trip.

    The indicator is towards the left.

    Tap Business.

    The indicator is in the top left.
  5. Step 4/17

    Tap Trip purpose.

    The indicator is towards the top.

    Enter the purpose of your trip.

    The indicator is towards the bottom.

    Tap the Filter icon.

    The indicator is in the top right.

    Tap Business.

    The indicator is towards the left.

    Tap the Start date field.

    The indicator is in the bottom left.

    Select your preferred start date.

    Tap Ok.

    The indicator is in the bottom right.

    Tap the End date field.

    The indicator is in the bottom right.

    Select your preferred end date.

    The indicator is in the center.

    Tap Apply.

    Tap Export trips.

    The indicator is towards the top.

    Select your preferred export format.

    Note: If you select the CSV file option, you'll be able to create a simple filter to easily sort the business column.

    Note: After this step, you'll receive an email with an attachment outlining your defined trip history. It will be sent to the email associated with your Drive+ account.
