  2. 2 - Scroll to General.
  3. 3 - Tap General.
  4. 4 - Scroll to Transfer or Reset.
  5. 5 - Tap Transfer or Reset iPhone.
  6. 6 - Tap Erase All Content and Settings.
  7. 7 - Tap Reset all Settings.
  8. 8 - Tap Resest All Settings again.
  9. 9 - Tap Reset All Settings again.
    • Note: Before you proceed, make sure to back up all photos, videos, and data you'd like to keep. When you factory reset iPhone, all your files will be deleted. If necessary, enter your passcode.
  10. 10 - You've completed the steps!
