Multitasking between apps

Learn how to manage your open applications. You can switch between and close any apps that are running on your device. You can also see all of your currently running apps by accessing the Recents screen.

Note: By swiping up from the bottom of your screen and holding, you can switch between open apps. In this example, we're showing how to copy an address in Apple Maps and share it with a friend. You can also close apps not in use to help save battery power and data usage.
