Editing group text information

You can edit a group in your messaging app. You change things such as the name of the group, add contacts. send a location, and more.

From a group text message, tap People.

Tap Change Name and Photo.

Tap the Enter a Group Name field.

Enter a name for the group.

Tap the Photo icon.
Note: For this tutorial we are choosing to upload a photo to use for the group. You may choose to take a new picture, select an emoji, enter initials, or choose a provided image for your group, however steps may vary.

Select the photo you would like to use as the group's image.

Crop the image as desired.

Tap Choose.
