Adding and removing contacts from favorites

Easy Mode
Easy Mode is a simple format that offers access to favorite contacts and commonly used apps and settings. It eliminates time spent setting up app shortcuts and widgets on the Home screen. You can switch back to Standard mode at any time.

While in Easy mode, your Home Screen will have a page for all your favorite contacts. You can add and remove contacts from your favorites page.

  1. Note: With Easy mode you can add your favorite contacts directly to the Home screen for faster access.

    There are no indicators associated with this step.

    From the Home screen, swipe left to right to view the Favorite contacts screen.

    To add a contact, tap the Add Contact icon.

    Tap Create contact.

    Note: If necessary, select an account to save the contact to.

    Enter the contact's name.

    Scroll to the Phone field.

    Enter the contact's phone number.

    Tap the Next key.

    Enter the contact's email address.

    Tap Save.

    To delete a contact, tap Delete.

    Tap the Minus sign icon beside the contact you'd like to remove.

    Tap Remove.

    Note: Removing a contact from your Favorites screen won't delete the contact completely from your phone. You'll still be able to find that contact in your Contacts app.
