Find out why your first Mobility bill is higher than usual

Your first TELUS Mobility bill may carry additional fees that you won't normally be charged:

  1. Advanced billing. Your rate plan is billed one month ahead of time in addition to the partial cost from your date of activation to your billing date
  2. Additional usage. Services not included in your rate plan (e.g. long distance, roaming charges or additional minutes) will be billed
  3. One-time charges (e.g. custom phone number change fee)
