Roaming charges on your bill

How travel pass and pay-per-use charges are calculated

Billing for Easy Roam

Easy Roam will appear in the “Add-ons” section of your invoice. If you did not travel to the United States or in one of the 100 international destinations covered by Easy Roam during that billing cycle, the charges will appear as $0. If you were in the U.S. with US Easy Roam activated during that bill cycle, you will see $7 multiplied by the number of days of usage. If you were in one of the international destinations covered by Easy Roam, you will see $10 multiplied by the number of days of usage. Roaming that took place but was not included in Easy Roam will appear in the “Additional usage charges” section.

Note: 1-800, 1-888, 1-877, 1-866 and calling card numbers are included.
