There may be several reasons why you are still not receiving notifications.
Firstly, you must sign up with an email address and phone number for notification individually. Under the Notifications tab, select any of the notification event pages to set up notifications for that event. You can add/edit/delete notification schedules and add/remove notification recipients for each notification.
Also, some spam email filters may prevent you from seeing your notifications. Please check your Spam or Junk box and approve any emails from TELUS SmartHome so that they are correctly routed to your inbox and not to your junk folder.
