How to change the login and password in your SmartHome account

To manage the login name and password of your SmartHome account:

  1. Visit Smarthome.telus.com
  2. Select my account located on the top left of the page
  3. Select forgot password
  4. Enter in username/email that is associated with the account.
  5. Navigate to your email
  6. Select the link found in the email
  7. Select log in
  8. Enter the new password
  9. Select save
