Certain devices at TELUS are currently on backorder due to a slowdown of production by manufacturers in other countries. This slowdown is a result of the evolving COVID-19 pandemic, and has affected the supply of new mobile devices to retailers around the world.

At this time, we’re actively working to get devices back in stock and can notify you as soon as your desired device becomes available.
