Change or cancellation policy

We begin processing your order as soon as you confirm it. You may change or cancel your order until it has shipped. Unfortunately, once the order is shipped, it is too late change or cancel your order.

You may return or exchange any unwanted items in accordance with our return policy.

Change or cancellation procedures

To change or cancel an existing order before it has shipped, call TELUS SmartHome Customer Care (1-855-835-8788; Monday-Friday: 8am-8pm PT, or Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays: 9am-5pm PT). An agent will assist you with the return.
