How to close an app or restart your digital box

If you have problems closing an app and returning to normal TV:

  1. Use Exit to TV or Back/Exit on your remote

Slimline remote:

  1. Press Back/Exit repeatedly
  2. Press and hold Back/Exit
  3. Try changing the channel
Classic remote:
  1. Press Exit to TV
  2. Try changing the channel
  3. If you still cannot watch TV, restart your digital box

Restart your digital box
Ensure both the Digital box and your TV are on before proceeding.

  1. Disconnect the power cord behind your digital box. This is a slim black cord, all the way to one end of the back of the Digital box. When disconnected, the connector resembles a small metal tube. The jack is labeled Power
  2. Wait 5 seconds
  3. Reconnect the power cord to the back of the Digital box
  4. Wait for the Digital box to restart. Watch your TV to follow its progress
