Troubleshoot travel pass billing issues

Determine if your travel pass has expired and learn about possible exemptions

Our Travel Passes offers discounted rates for a specified period of time. After your pass expires the regular rate applies. If you're being billed for roaming, check to see if your pass has expired.

How to check your travel pass details with the app

  1. Log in to the TELUS My Account app
  2. Go to Plans / Travel and select Travel options
  3. Tap on the downwards arrow under Travel options to see more about your current travel pass
  4. If the travel pass has expired, you may access details by tapping on Add a travel option and searching by country

Note: Travel passes are unique to subscribers and are not transferable. They do not cover cruise ship or in-flight roaming charges.
