Audio and Video Quality on Pik

Information on how to improve audio and video quality on Pik TV

Your Pik TV Media Box streams video over your TELUS Internet connection. If there are multiple users using the Internet for other activities such as online browsing, watching videos, playing games or checking email you may see some buffering on your screen. This is to be expected. Pik TV streams to the best of its ability taking into consideration the other devices connected to your TELUS Internet. To improve performance we suggest exiting one or more Internet applications in use and turning off some of the devices connected to the Internet.
