Shareable data can only be shared amongst devices on your account with their own unlimited data plan. The high-speed data bucket from each user’s unlimited data plan is combined together to form one shareable high-speed data bucket. Once you exceed your shareable high-speed data bucket, speeds will be reduced on all of your connected devices and for all users sharing from the shareable high-speed data bucket; however, you will not be charged data overage fees.
