The services and follow up contacts by TELUS has been welcome and refreshing in this uncertain time. I admit, we were somewhat surprised by this attentiveness from our alarm company and appreciate the personal connection and direction you have been/are providing. Also, the basket you sent was a nice touch.
Despite our lack of experience in the traumatic nature of recent unwanted criminal activity in our house, which gives us only this experience to form an opinion from, in the aftermath the connection you are providing is very much appreciated.
