Alfred & family safe & secure after TELUS Security alerts them to fire

So yesterday, our house caught on fire. We recently got TELUS home security and we were notified promptly to a fire in our house. After dealing with the fire department, a TELUS representative called me and said that TELUS is willing to help arrange a hotel for my infant son, fiance and I for a couple nights.
In the midst of the stress and commotion TELUS is there for people. My family and I can't thank you enough, TELUS, for helping out in the time of loss for us. Thank you so much.
