Yes. When you check out, you can select a date and time for your installation. Or if you prefer, we’ll call you back to set it up.

It depends on where you live and other factors. Sometimes it’s only a few days, but typically between 1 and 2 weeks.

It depends on the wiring in your home and the number of services you are installing. For example, if you’re getting both Optik TV and Internet, expect the installation to take 2 – 4 hours. Internet alone should take about 1 - 2 hours.

We recommend waiting until your new services are installed. That way, if you need to reschedule your appointment, you’ll still have active services.

If you sign up for 2 year term, the hardware for your first 2 TVs is included at no extra charge.

If you want to connect more than 2 TVs, you’ll need an additional wireless digital box for each. The rental cost is $7 per month, per box.

Note that you can connect a maximum of 6 TVs in total, whether you’re on a term or not.

You are free to cancel at any time. However, you will need to pay $10 for every month remaining on your term for Internet, or $15 if you have both TV and Internet.

If you have received a gift with purchase (for example a free TV) you will need to pay out the remainder of its value as well. Prices vary depending on the gift.
